Included Scope

Clean Out & Debris Removal — 2,500 SF

Remove old, deteriorated vapor barrier and debris from the crawlspace floor. Complete haul-off and offsite disposal.
Remove Old Insulation

Pull and discard the wet under-floor insulation throughout the crawlspace.
Vapor Barrier 10-mil — 2,500 SF

Install new 10-mil vapor barrier over the entire crawlspace floor.
Insulation Install — 2,500 SF

Install new under-floor insulation to replace the wet insulation removed.
Re-insulate 2 Access Doors

Existing access doors are in good condition — re-insulated from the back.
Dehumidifier + Condensation Pump

Install new crawlspace dehumidifier sized for 2,500 SF. Condensation pump with discharge line run out of the crawlspace.
Seal Vents

Seal crawlspace vents to support the new dehumidifier and control humidity.
Electrical Install

New electrical connection for the dehumidifier.
General Conditions

Jobsite protection, cleanup, and project coordination.

Terms & Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer acknowledges and accepts the outlined responsibilities and scope of work.

Scope: All work described in the Included Scope above. Any work not listed is not included unless agreed in writing.

Structural excluded: piers, joist/beam repairs, subfloor sheet replacement, engineering, foundation modifications.

Owner supplies: none required.

Contractor supplies: 10-mil vapor barrier, under-floor insulation, crawlspace dehumidifier, condensation pump and discharge line, electrical materials, vent-sealing materials, door insulation.

MEP contingency: if live wiring/plumbing is found during the work, a change order covers rerouting.

Jobsite will be left clean once completed.
Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while repairing the foundation.

Warranty: 12 months workmanship · 5 years on the dehumidifier.
